How long will it take to receive my order?

United Arab Emirates

Next day delivery
For UAE orders before 2pm, we offer next day delivery. Our delivery times are from 8am-10pm, Monday to Saturday. For orders to Al Ain, Fujairah, Umm al Quwain & Ras al Khaimah expected delivery is 1-2 business days. However, please note that remote areas are limited to delivery on Thursdays and Sundays. 

Same day delivery
We offer 4 hour express delivery for orders before 5pm in Dubai for a fee of AED 35.

International orders

Worldwide express delivery
We only offer worldwide express delivery. We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Flat rate of AED 25
Experience the convenience of having your favorite items delivered worldwide for a flat rate of AED 35 (approximately €9 / £7.50). Plus, enjoy free shipping on international orders over AED 1,000 (approximately €250 / £215).

Customs duties, taxes and import fees
Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges may vary depending on the customs regulations of the destination country.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your order.

United Arab Emirates orders
We offer free exchanges for orders in the UAE. To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us at
exchanges@moamae.com, making sure to include your order number and specify the item you intend to
exchange. Once you've initiated the request, our customer care team will coordinate the collection. Upon the item's arrival at our warehouse and approval for exchange, we'll promptly issue store credit to your account. With the store credit available, you can immediately place a new order for
the desired item. If you have any queries or concerns about your exchange, our customer care team
is here and always happy to assist.

International orders
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer exchanges for international orders. The quickest way to get the product you want is to initiate a return and place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please contact our customer care team, and we will be happy to assist you.

What is your return policy?
UAE orders
We offer free returns for products within 7 days of receiving your order.

International orders
For international orders, you have 21 days to return the products. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or duties.

How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team through returns@moamae.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation if applicable.

What items are eligible for return?
Most of our products are eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions outlined in our return policy. Unfortunately personalised items can not be returned.

What are the conditions for a successful return?
To ensure a successful return, please make sure the product is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are generally issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. The timing of the refund may vary based on your payment provider's policies. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please note that for orders placed using the "Cash on Delivery" (COD) payment method, the refund will be provided in the form of store credit.
