Next day delivery
For UAE orders placed before 2:00 PM, we offer next day delivery. Our delivery window is 8:00 AM–10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

For orders to Al Ain, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah, expected delivery is 1–2 business days.
Please note: deliveries to remote areas are limited to Thursdays and Sundays only.


Same day delivery
We offer express 4-hour delivery for orders in Dubai placed between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, for a fee of AED 35.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following morning and delivered by 1:00 PM.


Ramadan shipping update
During Ramadan, same-day delivery in Dubai is only available for orders placed before 11:00 AM, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day. No deliveries on Sundays.


Public holidays
Please note that delivery services may be delayed during UAE public holidays due to courier schedule changes. We appreciate your understanding.


Shipping fees
UAE orders above AED 200 qualify for free shipping, excluding 4-hour express delivery. For orders below AED 200, a shipping fee of AED 25 will apply.


Tracking and updates
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use it to monitor your shipment and receive updates on the estimated delivery date.


Delivery address
Please ensure that the shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Our customer care team will be happy to assist with changes if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Please note that address changes to another country are not possible.


Remote areas
Deliveries to remote areas are limited to Thursdays and Sundays only.

Delivery attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided. If the attempt is unsuccessful, a notification will be left and you may be contacted to arrange re-delivery or pickup. A re-delivery fee may apply in some cases, which we will communicate in advance.


Non-deliverable items
Some items may have delivery restrictions due to size, weight, or nature. If an item cannot be delivered to your location, we will notify you and provide alternative options, such as canceling the item.


Delivery issues
Delivery timeframes may be impacted by unforeseen events such as public holidays, severe weather, or access limitations.

If our delivery team is unable to access the address on the scheduled date, a re-delivery fee may apply. You will be informed in advance.

International


Delivery timeframe
We offer express worldwide shipping. We aim to deliver international orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.


Shipping fees and taxes
Enjoy international delivery for a flat rate of AED 50 (approximately €12 / £10).
Free shipping is available on orders over AED 1,000 (approximately €250 / £215).


Customs duties, taxes, and import fees
Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary depending on the customs regulations of the destination country.

For remote areas, an additional fee of AED 150 may be applied. We will always contact you for approval prior to shipping.


Important:
Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in your shipment being returned or destroyed by local authorities. In such cases, Moá Mae Equestrian is not able to offer a refund. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.


Tracking and updates
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may be limited in some countries.


Customs and import regulations
Please ensure you are aware of any customs or import restrictions in your country before placing an order. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local regulations.


Non-deliverable items
Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to customs or logistical limitations. If an item cannot be delivered, we will contact you with alternative options.

International delivery may be delayed during public holidays in the UAE or the destination country. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
